Crossing the threshold, one is enveloped in a golden radiance, like the first break of dawn piercing through a veil of mist—an unspoken welcome that gently dissolves the clamor of the outside world. Within this meticulously orchestrated interplay of black, white, and gray, subtle warmth is interlaced with precision, imbuing the space with a quiet yet undeniable refinement. Reflecting the client’s appreciation for understated luxury, the design introduces contemporary elements in a compelling fusion, reimagining the modern monochrome palette through nuanced shades of taupe. This bold reinterpretation transcends convention, imbuing the space with refined sophistication and inviting warmth, where contrast is orchestrated with striking yet harmonious precision. Beyond its distinctive aesthetic, the home is meticulously attuned to practical refinement. It features an elegantly appointed walk-in closet that seamlessly integrates storage, display, and the thoughtful organization of fashion pieces and curated collections. 此案具有預算限制的挑戰，設計師為呈現屋主鍾情的輕奢時尚，便以鏡面、玻璃及烤漆取代價格較高的金屬，藉其亮面特性反射戶外天光與各式燈具的柔美光影，烘托精緻高級的質感氛圍，輔搭石材、石紋磁磚的細膩紋理，進一步強化奢雅的空間感受；此外，考量客廳大片同質牆面可能帶來的單調感，電視牆及沙發背牆皆嵌入胡桃木格柵，兩者元素相互呼應同時，更豐盈畫面線條、肌理層次。
This project masterfully navigates budgetary constraints while preserving the essence of contemporary luxury. To evoke a sense of understated opulence, high-gloss finishes—mirrored surfaces, glass, and lacquered panels—stand in for costly metals, their reflective qualities harnessing natural daylight and ambient illumination to amplify the spatial depth and luminosity. Complemented by the rich tactility of stone and marble-patterned tiles, these elements imbue the interior with a polished yet inviting sophistication. To counterbalance the uniformity of expansive walls in the living area, walnut wood slats are meticulously integrated into the TV wall and the sofa backdrop, creating a dynamic interplay of rhythm and texture that enriches the visual narrative.
本案重新規劃公領域格局，將獨立廚房的隔間牆屏除後，新增結合置物平台及鞋櫃的入口端景櫃，滿足外出歸宅所需的收納機能之餘，令原始案場過大的此區轉為合宜尺度；玄關櫃後方活用釋出的多餘空間，設置中島劃為輕食吧台區，利於親友聚會時交流互動，開放式餐廚設計也提升屋主烹飪時，備餐、遞放料理的便利性。
The reconfiguration of the public domain enhances both spatial efficiency and everyday practicality. Removing the partition wall of the enclosed kitchen allows for an extended entryway cabinet that seamlessly integrates storage with a refined display platform, establishing a striking focal point while subtly redefining the proportions of the space. Beyond this newly delineated threshold, the liberated area accommodates a multifunctional island—an inviting setting for casual dining and convivial gatherings. The open-plan kitchen and dining arrangement further cultivates a sense of fluidity, ensuring effortless transitions between meal preparation, serving, and social engagement.
玄關鋪設白石紋磁磚，設計師為講究細處的和諧觀感，磚間特別選用工法複雜、耐髒的白色琺瑯膠，配合精心篩選的施作團隊，打造整潔易養護的入門場域；另於燈光方面規劃最少量的燈具、選配節能LED燈泡，透過合理適切的位置安排，達到光線充裕且保有省電機能的目的；而全案建材則挑選環保無毒的竹炭漆、矽酸鈣板與系統櫃，搭配回收材重新利用的鏡面，共同造就健康雋永的環境友善宅。
A holistic approach to sustainability informs every aspect of material selection and finishing. The entryway is clad in white stone-patterned tiles, meticulously grouted with a stain-resistant enamel sealant to preserve its seamless elegance over time. Thoughtfully curated lighting solutions minimize the number of fixtures, each fitted with energy-efficient LED bulbs to achieve a balance of luminosity and energy conservation. Eco-conscious materials—including toxin-free bamboo charcoal paint, calcium silicate boards, and modular cabinets—are thoughtfully paired with repurposed mirrored surfaces, reinforcing a commitment to environmentally responsible living. The result is a space where aesthetic refinement and enduring sustainability converge, fostering an atmosphere that is timeless and ethically designed.
